TranslateHey room finder! (Dutch speaking woman only) As of mid-August, we are looking for a new, female roommate for a year of subletting (exact dates in consultation). We live in this student house with a total of 4 girls, and two of us are going to do their minor abroad next year, in different semesters. This allows us to rent out a room for a year, perhaps to you :). We all study at university and we are all active in a sports, study and/or cultural association. And we think it would be nice if you are/want to be active in student life as well. There are no obligations in the house, except for the cleaning schedule of course. Every now and then we do plan a house evening where we all have dinner or do activities together. There is almost always someone at home to eat with, have a chat after uni or watch a movie together. The house quite luxurious for a student house; We have a bath, a dishwasher (!) and there is an underground garage where you can park your bike (or car) dry. Furthermore, location is great, between the center (5min by bike) and the uni (15min by bike). The station is within walking distance and the Volkspark is practically our backyard, where we often have a nice picnic in the summer. About the room itself, it is a furnished room (pretty much the same furniture as in the photos) of approx. 16 square meters.
