Hey (future) student! From mid-August, a room will become available in our beautiful student house! We currently live with three sporty gentlemen (at the top right and middle and at the bottom left in the first photo), of which the gentleman at the bottom left is going to live in the middle. We are all active in different associations, but also like to do activities with the house. We don't have a fixed home evening, but in general everyone is quite flexible and we often have pleasant evenings at home, both planned and unplanned. We are also regularly just chilling in the living room and watching something on TV or playing a game on the table, on the dartboard, the Playstation, Switch or Wii. We also have good contact with our former housemates, with whom we also undertake (recurring) activities several times a year. Holidays, sports, festivals, Christmas dinners, BBQs, drinks, you name it, there are few activities that we don't do together. A nice and close-knit house! The room that becomes available consists of two parts; a study on the first floor and the attic. The study is slightly larger than 5m2 and can easily accommodate a large desk and several cupboards. A large bed can easily fit in the attic and there is more than enough storage space. There is also an air conditioner in the attic that you can use, as it can still get hot in the summer. We also have a TV left, which is stored in the attic, so you can also use it from your bed. The living room and garden are nice and spacious and the bathroom, toilet and kitchen are shared. In the garden we have a canopy for the bicycles and a shed for storage. And, if you happen to play tennis; We also have a stringing machine in-house. In terms of location, our house is somewhat between the university and the city; the campus is 10-15 minutes by bike, Saxion and station just under 10 minutes, city 10 minutes. If you are still surprised about the low rent; We are normally entitled to rent allowance, in addition, we arrange all fixed costs ourselves and we have solar panels. This is the current rent of the room, but it can fluctuate depending on the market and what we want in the house. If you earn too much or have too much capital, our right to rent allowance expires and the room becomes more expensive.
