There is plenty of space to do your own thing and study, but also to socialize if you feel the need. There are no obligations, but we do like to eat together every now and then. The room is practically next to the central station (there is a large building in between so you can't hear the trains.) Saxion is a 5-minute walk and the UT is a 15-minute bike ride. You can walk straight into the center from our house and the supermarket is around the corner. The room has a built-in closet. The bed (140 wide) can also be taken over.
