Dutch speaker only! Hi prospective student, Huize CasaNova is looking for a new roommate! We are a mixed student house with 10 residents, 5 men and 5 women. From mid-August or early September, we are looking for a male roommate for subletting until the end of February – with a possible chance to move on in the house. Our house is located on De Heurne, within crawling distance of the pubs in the heart of Enschede. The upholstered room is about 24 square meters and has two large windows to put your pancake plant in front of. With four others on the floor, you share two toilets and a shower. The rent is €420,- including utilities. In our house you are fully equipped. We have a dishwasher, two washing machines and a dryer. In addition, of course, we also have the indispensable Wi-Fi. For these facilities you pay about a tenner per month on top of the rent. When the weather is warm, you can enjoy the sun on our cool roof-to-the-top variety. We eat every evening together with the housemates present. On house evenings (once every two weeks) everyone is at home and we undertake all kinds of activities: from drinking and pool to padel and theme nights! We also regularly chill together in the room and/or watch a movie together. Every year we all go on a house weekend. In the past, we have made Essen, Bruges, Bremen and Antwerp, among others, unsafe. We are all active in the student world. All housemates are members of a student association (Taste and Audentis), fraternity and/or are active in a sports club. We like to see our housemates get active, but being able to do your own thing in our house is also very important!
