We are a men's house with 5 residents, located in the heart of Enschede and we are looking for a new roommate! Huize Chop is one of the oldest student houses located in the heart of Enschede, within crawling distance of the old market. We are an active and close-knit house, where we often eat, drink and chat together. We are all active in a student or sports association. We also have good contact with all the former residents, for whom we go to the West once a year to have a drink with everyone. As a SHE (housing association) house, we have a drink with 11 other houses about once a month. Of course we also have our own drink, the Rosé Boulevard! For the rental price of €375, - includes gas/water/electricity. Also included in the price is our joint Netflix and HBO accounts. The house is fully equipped: renovated living room (April 19), new bathroom and kitchen (September 16), roof terrace, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, there is also the possibility to move to a more spacious room when it becomes available.
