The house is close to the center and is 20 minutes by bike from the university and about 5 minutes by bike from AKI, Artez and Saxion.De room is 16 m2 overlooking our large garden where you can waste your time in the summer. In addition, we have a shared living room, bathroom, a house cat, and a nice kitchen (with dishwasher!). Including utilities, the room costs 440 euros p/m. We are looking for someone of 19+ who can live independently. In other words, someone who cleans up and cleans well behind himself. We don't have any communal meal times, or other commitments, so you are free to do whatever you want. Of course, you can always make time for something fun!
