Hey potential new roommate! A room for subletting will soon be available in our house for six months! Within crawling distance of the old market is our fantastic presidential white accommodation "Huize Tankstation". The Saxion is within walking distance, UT is fifteen minutes by bike. The house currently consists of 3 boys and 2 girls of which everyone is active in student life (Audentis, Euros, Taste, Disputen, Kronos). One of our housemates is going to study abroad for six months from the summer, and is looking for a subtenant (with a chance of staying!) In this house you will not be short of anything at all. We have a fan-tas-tic sun-drenched (well, not in winter, but still) roof terrace where we regularly have a drink in summer. Don't forget the BBQ to make the party complete. Next to our house we also have a garden where you can safely park your bike. Apart from our regular house evening the first Monday of the month, we have few house rules in this organized mess. We like to eat together, have a drink and go out from time to time! The room is already fully furnished. There is a built-in wardrobe, fitted wardrobes along the wall, large drawers in the bed and yet another built-in wardrobe; Plenty of storage space. There is also a large desk, a bench (but it is old and you can get rid of it if it is in the way), opposite windows through which you can pass through your room and a nice double bed with bedside table behind it.
