Hey room-looking girls/boys (Dutch speakers only)From June 25 there will be a room available in our ? Villa Stroopwafel?. We currently live with 6 girls in our house. Unfortunately, our sweet roommate is leaving us. We are looking for a person between the ages of 18-25. Gender doesn't matter to us, but do you realize that you will be living with 5 ladies. Our house was completely renovated a year ago and we have all only been living there since March. You rent the room privately and not through duwo. So you don't have to study to live with us. Our house has 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. The room is 11 m2 and you pay 600 euros per month inclusive. You don't pay separately for the wifi, washing machine or something like that. We have good contact with our landlords and if there is a problem, it is solved almost immediately. We live 3 minutes walk from the Plus and the Aldi. The station is a 5-minute walk and Saxion is a 3-minute bike ride away. We really like to play games in the evening (especially beverbing :)) and usually we also cook together. We also plan fun home outings. We also love our peace and quiet, so we are not a party house. Of course, we do like to drink wine from time to time. Our house is still fairly new and clean, we try to keep it that way so we do work with a cleaning schedule.
