Huize Wally is looking for a subtenant! Hey dear room-looking girls, Huize Wally is looking for a new roommate from July 1st!! We are 4 girls between 21 and 26 years old, end of Bachelor/Master and Femke works at an architectural firm. We still have 1 active Laga member in the house and some ex-Laga and business, but we also really like to exercise (and have a drink) outside the association. In the summer, we sit on our terrace in the sun every day, but we also like to hang out in each other's rooms to chat and assess outfits. Everyone does their own things but we like to eat together, watch Divorce on the couch and get ice cream at the lily. We like to do creative projects and every now and then we try a new sport or study together at Stud. So we are looking for a subtenant for 5 months, July 1-November 30, the end date is still negotiable. There is also still a chance of advancement, should a room become available in the meantime. Our house is located in Hof van Delft, close to the Appie, the Coop is around the corner and you are in just 4 minutes (hard) cycling at the station ;). The room is about 12m2, has its own sink, TV and plenty of cupboard space. The room is fully furnished. Our GR is small but nice, big enough and cozy to eat together and we have a sun-drenched roof terrace where we sit every day in the summer. The rent is 422,- inclusive.
