TranslateWe are a cozy master's house and are looking for a senior female subtenant (end of bachelor/master). You will live with 4 girls who are working on their master's or recent graduates. We eat together almost every night and enjoy drinking wine, watching First Dates, playing a competitive game or exercising together. We also have a Christmas dinner once a year and we are busy with each other's graduation drinks, birthday dinners and other spontaneous cocktail evenings. In addition, we all have our own things. Our cottage has a view of the Schie, the Jumbo and Albert Heijn across the street and the TU just 5 minutes by bike. We have a spacious GR, nothing is missing in the kitchen, the dishwasher is our greatest friend and the bathtub is the gadget of the house. The subrental room is located on our 1st floor, is 14 m2 and costs 445 euros, all inclusive (G/W/L, 2 refrigerators, extra freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, bath, internet). The room has 2 built-in wardrobes and a cozy balcony. The room is available from August 23 until January with a chance of a permanent stay. All furniture will remain in place. If you would like to live with 4 girls on the Schie for a while, send a nice message with a photo of yourself and who knows, we might invite you to the agreement on July 15/16.
