TranslateDear room seeker, Penthouse Junius is looking for a new male roommate (end of bachelor beginning of master) to make our house complete again as of September 2nd. There are 5 of us living in a mixed house, we are between 22 and 25 years old and we are studying IO, BME and WB masters. We are all busy with our sports/studies/associations, but we also like to make time for each other. Our penthouse has two lovely balconies where we eat together as much as possible, play games and drink rosettes in the sun. For the rainy days we also have a large gr and a bar to chill in. We also have house nights every two weeks and of course an annual house party, house holidays and date dinners. The room that will become available is 9 m2 and costs about 170 euros inclusive and will be available on September 2. Our house is within walking distance of the appie XL, 10 minutes by bike to the uni and 5 to the station. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who would like to become active in the house.
