TranslateDear room seeker, Penthouse Junius is looking for a new female roommate to make our house complete again. There are 5 of us living in a mixed house, we are between 22 and 25 years old and we are studying bk, io and wb, at the end of bachelor and master. We are all busy with our sports/studies/associations, but we also like to make time for each other. Our house has two lovely balconies where we eat together as much as possible, play games and drink roses in the sun. For the rainy days we also have a large gr and a bar to chill in. We also have house nights every two weeks and of course an annual house party, house holidays and date dinners. The room that will become available is 13 m2 and costs about 310 euros and will be available from the beginning of June (in consultation). Our house is within walking distance of the appie XL, 10 minutes by bike to the uni and 5 to the station. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who likes to be active indoors.
