On top of that, are you also looking for a beautiful room in a cozy mixed house? Then look no further! We at Hause Hermann are looking for a permanent roommate (m) from mid-August! You will live with 5 nice roommates, consisting of 3 chicks and 2 guests. In terms of study, we do Clinical Technology, Architecture, Industrial Design Engineering, Civil Engineering and Medicine. So if you want to build a bridge or if you need help with a surprise craft, then you live here at the right place. In addition to all that studying, we have monthly house nights, Christmas dinners, stress dinners, house weekends and an epic HJ battle. In addition, we eat together and/or drink a beer/ice tea almost every day. We are also active in both study and student associations: Virgiel, SJB, Proteus, Punch, Stylos, Variscopic and Practische Studie.De room you will be in is a large and spacious room. And will not be delivered unfurnished. We live on the 17th floor, so you can enjoy a beautiful view of Rotterdam, Delft and The Hague every day! Underneath the house is an appie XL so you can literally roll to the supermarket! Ideal if you find out in the morning that you don't have breakfast at home. It is also only about 8 minutes by bike to the TU and the station. The room will be available from mid-August, is 20 square meters and costs €470 including per month, but you can apply for rent allowance and then you will get about 130 euros back. The approval will be held on Wednesday 17 July and we will let you know no later than Monday 15 July if you can come and have a beer/ice tea with us.
