It is a cozy apartment, a stone's throw from the Presikhaaf shopping center and a 10-minute walk from the HAN Arnhem.From July, a room of about 9 m² will be available. In the photos you can see that there is a built-in bed, which you can take over if you want - just consult with the current occupant. The bed is built-in with wood, perfectly tailored to the room. Right next to the room in the hallway is a built-in closet for storage (of clothes) which has been assigned to the room and can be seen in the photos. In addition to the room, we share a bathroom, toilet, kitchen, living room, balcony and a storage room. In the house we have a dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, airfryer, TV with PlayStation 5, a cupboard full of (board) games, a pantry full of drinks and a gas heater that will be replaced by a central heating system in some time. We are quite extroverted and like to plan our weekend full of fun things.
