Dear potential flatmate,I am looking for someone to share an apartment in the Amsterdam Zuid.I am studying Computer Science and am in the last few months of my Masters thesis internship which I am doing at a company; therefore I am working from the office for most days. After my studies, I plan to stay in this Apartment. I like to do a lot of sports, mostly climbing/bouldering and Kickboxing, and enjoy cooking together with friends.The bedroom in question has only a size of 7m²; however, there are other rooms which can be used for storage. The apartment has a large shared area, two balconies, and is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and kitchen appliances.The Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam is a five-minute walk away and the closest train station 15 minutes on foot. There is an Albert Heijn XL, as well as a Jumbo and other stores close by at the Gelderlandplein.- Registration possible- Available from July 1- 400 Mbit/s fiber internet connection- No smoking- Price is €1150 per month (deposit is one months rent), hence a stable income is preferred, but not required- One flatmate who happens to be meI am looking for an easygoing and responsible person to share the apartment with. It is important to me that the apartment is kept in a clean state, and I appreciate some quietness in the evening.
