The apartment has a spacious shared living room with a large kitchen, dining table, chill corner and a spacious south-facing terrace. The entire apartment is 85m2 (excluding terrace). The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessities, including a washing machine, dryer, internet, smart TV, air fryer and kitchen utensils. The rental price is all-inclusive. Bedroom: The room has a king-size bed (220x180) with an electrically adjustable headrest. There is also a desk, fast internet and enough closet space for all your belongings. Availability: From December 10, 2024, a room of 16m2 is available for a minimum of 3 months. I am flexible with the dates; Both start and end dates can be discussed. Let's coordinate this together! Also clearly indicate your flexibility. Ideally, you should stay from December 10 to the end of February/March. Both men and women are welcome, as long as you speak Dutch or English.
