Nice room for rent in a cozy house on Zeeburgereiland with a hangover. I am currently looking for someone to replace my current roommate. He is going to live in Utrecht and will therefore leave me. You don't live in the city center but want to be within the ring road. 30 min by bike to Central Station. The house was completed in 2019 and is therefore as good as new, WITH underfloor heating. I always get compliments on how big the bathroom is and how much space there is. There is a storage room and a laundry room that are at your disposal. The kitchen and living room are already fully furnished with sofa, TV, dining table and more. I live beautifully on this island with a view of the water and countrysideIt's a growing neighborhood with lots of sports fields and a skate park. Football field, Hockey field, Pedal track, Basketball etc. The AH is around the corner with a snack bar, pizzaria and coffee shops. You can walk or cycle quietly by the water through the countryside. OR you can cross the bridge and discover the city center. The dappermarkt is just around the corner. It is bustling with life here, many young people but also many families. You can even take a dip in the Buiten-IJ! I decorated the house stylistically with a touch towards the Indonesian side. I'm pretty flexible when it comes to décor. As long as we keep it tidy. There is plenty of room for fun and cozy evenings. Large balcony with a lounge set. I am an open and social person, can be both active and calm. I am light-hearted and I am a good listener.
