Its available for a fixed period of January 1st up until August 31st 2025 as the lease is ending end of August. Therefore, there is no possibility to extend the lease. It’s €949 all included per month. The room is around 12 square meters. The bed and the closet will stay in the room. The shared space contains a really nicely sized kitchen, beautiful living room and balcony and a storage room (including washer and dryer). You will share the bathroom with one other girl.You will share the appartment with two very calm and lovely girls (age 22 &29), a masters student and a working girl. It’s a social house where we enjoy grabbing a drink together in the livingroom!
