Spacious Room Available in a 3-Bedroom Apartment – 6-Month Rental Looking for a cozy, fully furnished room in a modern apartment? A large room (15.7 m²) will be available for 6 months starting January 1st to June 30th. Apartment Highlights:• Location: 1 min away from a metro station, and you are in the city center in 20 minutes• Grocery stores near by• Newly built and well-maintained• A well-equipped kitchen: stove, oven, microwave, 2 fridges, cutlery, dishwasher, and plenty of storage space, large living room, 2 toilets.• Furnished shared living space: – half of the furnishings are mine and you can use for free. Practical Information:• Room size: 15.7 m²• Rent: €1,095/month (including bills and service cost) • Deposit: €2000• Furniture fee: €380 for the room + €190 for shared furniture (both paid to the tenant leaving)• Additional costs: Water and trash taxes will be split between the three roommates. (Approx. ~€320 per person)• Note: The full 6-month period is required! He has a great sense of humor, makes delicious authentic Italian pasta, and appreciates good wine.We’re looking for a friendly, responsible temporary roommate who appreciates a clean, comfortable living environment.?
