TranslateHi dear house hunter!! Non dutchies also welcome! We have a very nice house opposite Erasmus Park, we moved in here two years ago and always lived with my girlfriend. Now we are looking for a new roommate! We have a large kitchen with door to balcony and balcony leads via a staircase to our 80m2 garden, here you can express your creativity if you want (I have created a vegetable garden without a vegetable garden.. lol.) and there are three cats walking around. These are Ollie, Chouffe, and Sava. They can go outside all day long. Hardly shedding, by the way. We also have a basement (so a total of 2 floors), a bathroom with two showers, a washing machine that we rent per month, 3 toilets and 4 cans. Furthermore, built-in wardrobes and laundry room. So we have three bedrooms and 1 room we use as a room to put things down or as a laundry room. So lots of space! Furthermore, we are opposite the Erasmus Park where in the summer everyone swims and barbecues or people walk. We all clean together and try to leave everything tidy for each other, otherwise there are few rules other than to take each other into account. The rent is already from July 1st! The rent is 800€ (before the end of the month), the deposit is 700€. Water board tax and waste levy are added separately. Are you looking?
