Large room/studio available in a quiet street of Jordaan neighbourhoodThe apartment is 80sqm2 divided on two floors, with one bedroom on each floor. The bedroom is big enough to look like a studio, perfect to be more independent and have your privacy. *Important Available to rent for one person*The bedroom is very spacious ( 25sqm2). After discussion, the room will be furnished or not depends of what the person would prefer. We can discussed this together. High ceiling and lots of light. Plenty of space for a bed, storage, desk and couch. The bedroom is on a top floor of the building, the sunrise and sunset are beautiful. You will share a big kitchen with a table overlooking the rooftops of Amsterdam, a toilet downstairs and the bathroom upstairs. The place also have a smaller room as well. You can park your bike in the street in front of the apartment. The Jordaan neighbourhood is very friendly and beautiful, there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and parks around. This is located right next to Noordermarkt, so there is always something to do. The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and next to Centraal station (5 min by bike), 1min walk to two supermarkets ( Jumbo and AH), 5 min walk to Marqt or Ekoplaza and the markets ( Saturday and Monday on Noordermarkt, Wednesday on Haarlemmerplein). You’ll be sharing the house with me and my dog. She is a mix golden retriever, she is very sweet and quiet, so you need to be okay with her living in the house and of course a dog lover. I am 34, French and Swiss, I moved around a lot ( mainly in Africa and Europe), I live in Amsterdam for more than 7 years so it feels like home now. I mainly work from home. I love to spend time outside with my dog, enjoy time with my friends, yoga, nature, I love the city life (concert/ art/ photography / new places …). Things to know : - Room available for 3-4months ( extension might potentially be discussed) - No smoking - No pets ( I would love to but I already have a dog so I can’t take any other pet in the apartment)- I have a dog ( she mostly stays in my room, but if you are allergic or do not like dog, it’s good to know)- Place is available from beginning of August to be discussed - Room is only for one person ( no couple or no possibility of sharing the room)- No house parties. Looking for someone quiet and indépendant financially or with with financial warranty. No preference of gender or nationality and language, you just need to speak english.
