Hello everyone! Both of my roommates are moving because of work, and my wonderful old roommate is coming back again! So here is some information about us: we are two Italian girls looking for a new (international) roommate. We are looking for a friendly, neat, working person (all genders welcome), ideally between 23 and 28 years old. The house is located in the center of Amsterdam, near the Nieuwmarkt. It is a special place, but everyone who has lived here has enjoyed living there. We have a spacious living room, a large kitchen next to it and a bathroom with a bathtub. There is plenty of room for everyone to retreat for a while. The room that is available is on the second floor at the back of the house, so it is quiet with no street noises. This room is connected by a corridor and stairs to the room of another roommate on the third floor (see the photos for a better idea of the layout). The rooms are separated by a curtain, so we are looking for a quiet and respectful person, as the rooms are connected to each other. The room has storage space for clothes and a double bed. Please note: the ceiling is quite low, so ideal if you are shorter than 180 cm.Details:- Rent: €936 per month (all included), with a deposit of one month- Availability: 27 January to 27 August, with possibility to register.- Something about us:One of us works in a vintage shop and the other works full-time. We are busy during the week and usually relax on the weekends, so we are looking for someone with a similar lifestyle. We are open to joint dinners, nice conversations and a nice atmosphere in the house. Important points:- No smoking or drugs in the house.- No pets, as there is already a cat in the house that will move with her owner in December.
