TranslateIt is a spacious and open attic with a tilt window in it. There is a staircase to the attic, but no closing door. However, we never come up without permission. I estimate the attic to be about 15 to 20m2. The washing machine and dryer are in the attic, but they can be turned on in a time schedule so that there is no nuisance. The property itself is a newly built 4 year old terraced house. The house has just been built and has a nice, large backyard, underfloor heating and solar panels. 31-year-old woman lives in the house with boyfriend and two small children. Children, girls, are 4 years old and 2 years old and generally sleep well through the nights. There is also a cat and a small dog present. Dog stays downstairs, cat can get into the attic. During the day we are downstairs in the living room/kitchen or doing fun things and they go to daycare three days a week because of the parents' work. We are looking for a sweet, honest, neat, clean and reliable student/worker. Because of the safety of the children, I don't want visitors to just come over and someone who is a bit more on their own is a better match. The living room is mostly used by the children. There is a table/chair, cupboard, a small fridge and a bed in the attic. These may be used. The house is located in the neighborhood next to the center of Amstelveen and you can reach the VU by bike within fifteen minutes.
