English: Renovated in 2024, this 44 sqm ground floor studio apartment is located in the inner courtyard of a 3-family house in the Heusteigviertel in the south of Stuttgart city center. Centrally located, yet absolutely quiet and easy to reach by public transport or your own car. Thanks to the parking space a relaxed arrival is guaranteed. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet and is equipped with hand and bath towels and a hairdryer. The apartment has a smart TV and internet access via W-LAN. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, glasses, cutlery, crockery, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils and a Nespresso coffee machine. The highlight for those arriving by car: On request we offer you a free parking space. Check-in can always be done independently and contactless from 4:00 -10:00 pm on the day of arrival. The latest check-out should take place by 11:00 am on the day of departure. Cleaning includes changing towels and bed linen, for stays of more than 1 week there is also an intermediate cleaning once a week. In case of extreme soiling or destruction, we reserve the right to charge additional costs. German: Das 2024 renovierte, 44qm große Studio-Apartment im Erdgeschoss liegt im Innenhof eines 3-Familienhauses im Heusteigviertel im Süden der Stuttgarter Innenstadt. Zentral gelegen, gleichzeitig absolut ruhig und bequem über ÖPNV oder eigenes Auto zu erreichen. Dank des Stellplatzes ist eine entspannte Anreise sichergestellt. Das Bad verfügt über Dusche, WC und wird mit Hand-/Badetüchern und einem Haarföhn bestückt. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Smart-TV und Internetzugang über WLAN. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Ofen, Herd, Spülmaschine, Gläser, Besteck, Geschirr, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kochgeschirr und einem Nespresso-Kaffee-Automat. Das Highlight für Auto-Anreiser: Auf Anfrage steht Euch ein kostenfreier Stellplatz zur Verfügung. Der Einzug kann immer ab 16:00 - 22:00 Uhr selbstständig am Anreisetag durchgeführt werden. Der späteste Check-Out sollte bis 11:00 Uhr am Abreisetag stattfinden. Die Reinigung beinhaltet Handtücher- und Bettwäschetausch, bei Aufenthalten von mehr als 1 Woche findet ebenfalls die Zwischenreinigung 1x wöchentlich statt. Bei extremer Verschmutzung bzw.
