The flat is located on a quiet side street in the trendy St. Georg district and is just a few meters away from the Außenalster lake. A bicycle parking space in the cellar (lockable) can be used. The living and dining room are connected by a passageway. The rooms are very bright thanks to three windows. From the cozy grey sofa in the living room, you can look out of the window or enjoy shows on the 40-inch smart TV. The large dining table for six people can also be used for working. In the small kitchen there is another dining table for two people. The white fitted unit with real wood worktop has a ceramic glass stovetop with oven and extractor fan, a fridge with freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. The bedroom is equipped with a box spring double bed (160x200) and a smart TV. The spacious bathroom with window has a bathtub with shower (incl. glass shower wall) and towel heating.
