The technical equipment includes a 43-inch Smart TV with cable connection / digital HD TV and a DVD player. In the separate kitchen (approx. 10 square metres) there is a fitted unit with all the necessary technical appliances, such as a cooker with ceramic hob, an oven, a large fridge with freezer compartment, and a dishwasher.
