English: This comfy and lovely decorated apartment in the south area of Dortmund is at the right spot close to Phoenix-West & the attractive Phoenix See. The 3 Room apartment has enough space to offer, e.g. 2 Bedrooms (1x king size, 2 single bed) incl. a desk for some calm hours with an amazng view at the Phoenix-West Area. The long hall welcomes you to the other gorgous rooms. The living room incl. a big comfy Couch, which can also be used as an extra sleeping place. Right next door is the totally renewed Bathroom and invites to some relaxing time under the shower. The separated Toilette is a bit small, but the bright kitchen with a warm & lovely Dinning table, a little storeroom and a big balcony invites you for some good, enjoyable evenings also with a little BBQ if you want to. ;) The train station/Subway is 500m away (8 min. by walking) and the next bus station is right at the next corner. This Area is also a Main point between the Autobahn A1/A40/A45. There are some smaller markets (Fruit&Veggi stores) close by, as well as bigger Supermarkets (8min by walking). Restaurants & Bars are also close by or at the great spots like Phoenix See & Phoenix-West. You should definetley check out the Bergmann Brauerei incl. the Beergarden and the Warsteiner Musichall. Another Highlight is the WestfalenPark with a lot of Events, Cafes and also nature (17 Min. by walking). The CityCenter of DO-Hörde is right next to the train station. Das angrenzende Bad ist komplett neu saniert worden und bietet eine entspannte Zeit unter einer warmen Dusche. Das separate WC ist etwas kleiner, allerdings strahlt die Küche mit einem einladenden Essbereich, einer kleinen Abstellkammer und einem großen Balkon für gemütliche Abende, wenn man will sogar mit Grill. Die Wohnung liegt 8 Gehminuten (500m) vom Bahnhof/U-Bahn Station entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle befindet sich bereits auf der Parallelstraße. Die Lage ist einer der Knotenpunkte für die A1/A40/A45. Es befinden sich mehrere kleine Märkte (Obst&Gemüsehändler) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der nächste große Supermarkt ist in 8 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Restaurants & Bars sind im direkten Umkreis und auch an Sehnswürdigkeiten wie dem Phoenix-See & Phoenix-West zu finden.
