TranslateEnglish: Berlin has a fame of "cool city", "city of freedom", "exceptional city, which deserves undivided attention". It´s not that sophisticated as Paris and not so posh as London, but the city also has its "golden miles". And as the flat is located in the heart of the most prestigious and magnificent district of Berlin, near Brandenburg Gate and House of Parliament, Potsdamer Platz and Government district, I decided to create a flat, which would correspond to the high level of surrounding.
It has a special target audience: it´s relatively expensive accomodation (if we take into account the price level in Berlin) for the travellers, who are convinced, that 4 walls are far not enough for the comfortable stay.
Business travellers, couples, families with kids and just travellers, who are tired of uncleaned and ugly rooms, are welcome here!
It´s a place for those of you who is ready to pay for:

The flat it is located in a pretty old house (60 years old) in the heart of Berlin. It was constructed in the 50-s, just after the war, when the locals, who just lost their city (Berlin was badly destroyed during the war) were inspired by new ideas and technological solutions, investigation of space and other symbols of "new era". The only problem was the amount of homeless people on the streets, who lost their houses. To overcome the consequences of city destruction, it was decided to build as quick and high as possible, not really carrying about the "appearance" of new buildings right in the heart of the city. So our house itself is actually ugly (let´s say the truth), but even being "a beast" it has its "beauty" - perfect location :)
Almost everything, what is in the house inside, was modernized and brought to up-to-date standards. This doesn´t include air conditioning. And that´s a big pity! So please, take it into account, if you visit us in summer!
I was trying to create something really cool and extraordinary here, not just a flat, where I would live, but a place with its own unrepeatable charm, which can impress and cause nice recollections...
The flat has the total square of 52 m2 and consists of 1 x bedroom, 1 x living-room with a kitchen zone, 1 x bathroom and 1 x corridor. It has everything what a nice flat in the center should have: historical building, nice design and responsible owner. Inspite of my respect to more than 60 years of history, I didn´t leave any traces of the age of this place. The idea was to transform this space as dramatically as possible and create an unforgettable ambiente, which would correspond to the level of 4* hotel without service...
In the BEDROOM you´ll find a usual size doublebed (full size; 140 x 200 cm), a nice wardrobe to hang clothes, a couple of night tables and a little cosmetic table. As the floors are covered with PVC, I put as many carpets as it´s possible - don´t care about cold feet. The room is designed in black&white colours and is a wonderful place to relax after a day in the city. I tried to implement the concept of bedroom for a little princess (at least how I understand it), that´s why you´ll find a lot of ballet details, decorative vases, symbols of femininity etc.
The LIVING ROOM was planed to be a place for chilling and dining. It consists of two zones: the kitchen and the living zones.
The kitchen zone is equipped with a new built-in modern kitchen with all the neccessary things for cooking: fridge with freezer, stove, dishwasher etc. It should be pointed out, that the kitchen is absolutely suitable for the real coocking (maybe not backing cakes or roasting turkey): there´s also a Nespresso coffee-mashine, a cattle and a toaster. I also put a lot of different cups and glasses, cuttlery, pans and sauce pans. So if cooking is of great value to you, it should be your place :)
The living zone is determined by the ensemble of 3 furniture pieces: white couch and 2 armchairs. The armchairs are special: they can be pulled out and if I have 3 or 4 guests in the apt, I transform the armchairs into 2 separate single beds, put the real high quality mattress on it and most people absolutely forget, that they basically sleep on an armchair.
The BATHROOM is actually also very nice. I understand how important it is to have a clean and fresh bathroom, that´s why I rebuilt it completely. So the square of the bathroom is quite limited and besides WC itself, there´s only a shower cabin and a wash-basin here. There´s also a washing mashine at your disposal, which is placed in the bathroom.
German: Berlin ist die Stadt, die als "coolste Stadt", "Stadt der Freiheiten" und "außergewöhnliche Stadt, die besondere Aufmerksamkeit verdient" in der Welt bekannt. Aber die Deutschen kennen eigene Hauptstadt im Durchschnitt nicht so gut... Es ist die perfekte Zeit Berlin besser kennen zu lernen!
Selbstverständlich ist Berlin nicht so glamourös, wie Paris, und nicht so luxuriös, wie London, aber auch in Berlin gibt´s eigene "goldene Meilen". Und diese Unterkunft liegt gerade im Herzen der Stadt, in einer der attraktivsten Gegend neben dem Potsdamer Platz, Brandenburger Tor, Unter den Linden und Regierungsviertel. Deshalb war meine Idee, eine besondere Unterkunft zu schaffen, die der o.g. einzigartigen Nachbarschaft entsprechen würde.
Es ist keine günstige Wohnung mit dreckigen Wänden und unbequemem Bett. Diese Unterkunft wurde eher für die Reisenden konzipiert, die überzeugt sind, dass 4 weiße Wände gar nicht genug für den schönen Aufenthalt sind. Daher passt die Wohnung besonders gut für Geschäftsreisende, Paare, Familien mit Kindern und andere Reisende, die Müde von dreckigen IKEA-Zimmern sind.
Zielgruppe wäre auch diejenigen, die für Folgendes bezahlen würden:

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem ziemlich alten Mehrfamilienhaus, das Anfang 2000 kernsaniert wurde. 2018 haben wir die Wohnung auch aufwendig saniert und dekoriert. So wurde die Wohnung entsprechend dem 4*-Hotel ohne Klimaanlage und Service ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung verfügt über 52 m2 Wohnfläche und besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, einem Wohnzimmer mit Kücheneckchen, einem Badezimmer mit Duschkabine und einem Flur.
Im Schlafzimmer befinden sich ein kleines Doppelbett (140x200), ein Spiegelschrank, ein paar Nachttische und kleines Kosmetiktischchen. Da die Böden mit hochwertigem PVC belegt sind, liegen im Schlafzimmer auch Teppiche. Das Schlafzimmer wurde in schwarz-weiss dekoriert und ist ideal für die Nachtruhe nach dem langen Tag in der Stadt. Allgemeine Idee bei der Innenraumausstattung war ein Schlafzimmer von kleiner Prinzessin (wenigstens wie ich es verstehe), deshalb findet man viele Elementen, die Fraulichkeit symbolisieren: dekorative Vasen, Spiegel, Glitzersteine und natürlich Bilder von Marilyn Monroe.
Das Wohnzimmer sollte über Platz für Essen und Erholung verfügen, deshalb wurde das Zimmer in 2 Zonen aufgeteilt: Küchenzone und Wohnzimmerzone.
Die Küchenzone hat eine kleine, aber gut passende Einbauküche mit allem notwendigen Inhalt: kleiner Kühlschrank, Ceranherd, Geschirrspüler, Nespresso Kaffeemachine, Wasserkocher, Toaster usw. Es wird wahrscheinlich schwierig in so einer Küche einen Kuchen zu backen, aber die meisten Reisenden kommen doch nicht dafür nach Berlin...
Trotzdem gibt´s auch jede Menge Geschirr, Kochtöpfe, Besteck, Gläser für verschiedene Getränke usw. Falls jemand einen Abendessen für 2 mit Kerzenlicht genießen würde, passt diese Unterkunft ganz bestimmt.
Die Wohnzimmerzone wird durch 3 Objekte betont: eine schöne weiße Couch und 2 schwarze Schlafsessel. Die Sessel lassen sich in die Einzelbette transformieren, falls es 3 oder 4 Personen in der Unterkunft gibt. Es sei betont, dass wir für die Schlafsessel extra dicke und hochwertige Matratzen verwenden, so dass man überhaupt kein Gefühl hat, dass man auf dem Schlafsessel schläft.
Das Badezimmer ist eigentlich auch schön. Ich verstehe ganz gut, wie wichtig es ist, ein sauberes und frisches Badezimmer zu haben, deshalb wurde das ganze Zimmer im Jahre 2018 komplett modernisiert. Die Duschkabine ist nicht nur eine moderne, sondern auch umweltfreundliche Lösung für die Ferienwohnung. Im Badezimmer befindet sich auch die Waschmaschine für mehr Komfort.
