The main room is equipped with a large bed (140 cm x 200cm), a couch and a working desk with plenty of space left for exercise such as yoga. The seperate, fully equipped kitchen with dining area faces south to the court yard. You can also enjoy dinner on the spacious balcony. The big bathroom comes with a full size bathtub and a washing machine and also has a big window to the courtyard. All utilities and WiFi are included. Regular cleaning can be arranged. Just let us know! Mitte is the very center of Berlin and this apartment is just a stroll from parks such as Weinbergpark or Mauerpark. There is a cool Deli just around the corner in Brunnenstraße. In this bustling street you will find a big variety of street food and restaurants as well as public transport. Places like Humboldt University or "The Factory" - co-working community are in walking distance as are a lot of popular sights. German: Dieses gemütliche Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in Berlin Mitte und ist genau der richtige Ort um sich von einem anstrengenden Tag zu entspannen. Ein cooles Tagescafé ist gleich um die Ecke in der lebhaften Brunnenstraße. Hier gibt es ein vielfältiges Angebot an Restaurants, Cafés etc. Auch der U-Bahn Zugang befindet sich hier. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr günstig, da z. B. die Humboldt Universität oder auch die Co-Working-Community "The Factory" fußläufig erreichbar sind, genauso wie Parks und bekannte Sehenswürdigkeiten.
