The apartment has a balcony of about 8m² to the quiet west-facing courtyard. The apartment is 78m² in total, including pro rata 4m² balcony. The open kitchen with dining area for 6 persons is high quality equipped with 4-plate induction cooker and extractor, oven with hot air function, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen leads to the balcony. The kitchen opens onto the open and cozy living area with a sofa, sideboard, flat screen TV and the workplace. The separate bedroom is furnished with a box spring bed (180x200cm), a large wardrobe and commode.
