The apartment lies right at the heart of the Berlin scene near Akazienstraße. The Train Station at Kleispark is just 2 minutes away, while a four minute walk takes you to Julius-Leber Brücke Station. Just 10 Minutes on the train take you to Potsdamer Platz, Friedrichstraße and the Brandenburg Gate. A Bus around the corner takes you to the heart of old West-Berlin, with the famous KaDeWe Department Store and Kurfürstendamm shopping Area in minutes. Shopping and leisure activities are located just around the corner. You’ll be living in a borough brimming with galleries, romantic restaurants and cafés, green parks and promenades. No wonder it’s so popular with the local artists! The stylish and functional furnishings in the bright apartment leave nothing to be desired. We have taken care of almost everything you may need for everyday life. There is even an additional room for storage of luggage bags and other utilities not needed every day. The often stressful working routine requires peaceful and relaxing rest periods. Our apartment is located in the backyard house. Therefore it is mostly screened off the Berlin street life and its noise. Our high quality mattresses allow you to sleep well in your little new home. In the morning, have your first coffee or tea at home or jump over to the next corner and have excellent coffee in one of the areas beautiful cafés. The kitchen is stocked with all utensils required for cooking. A sleeping sofa is provided for your guests or additional residents. The cumbersome luggage of towels, bed sheets, hair dryer and iron can stay at home! Everything is provided! As a matter of course you have access to your own private WIFI hot spot, your own postbox and your own washing machine. Allow yourself a wonderful time in this Berlin district with charm and flair!
