The Deluxe Apartment (Category 1) is our largest apartment offer, ideal for those looking for spacious and cozy accommodation in Berlin, regardless of whether they are on a business trip or students. The apartment offers an ideal stay for two people on 31 m², it has a large room with wooden parquet as flooring, it is equipped with two twin beds, bedside tables, a larger corner desk with chair and a TV, which offers full flexibility to the preferences and needs of the tenant. The room is flooded with light through the beautiful large windows and the French balcony. In addition, it has a modern, embedded heating system in the floor and free and very high-quality Wi-Fi. The room has built in wardrobes to keep the tenant belongings away and make you feel at home. The apartment has a small entrance area, a modern and well-maintained bathroom and a small kitchenette that is equipped with fridge, and the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. In the basement there is a laundry room that can be used jointly. Additional services such as room cleaning, or laundry service could be booked for an additional charge. We have a minimum rental period of 3 months. Our rental price includes Wi-Fi, bike racks, waste separation and a secure door lock system.
