The kitchen is equipped with dishes and cutlery, dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas cooktop and marble countertop. From it you can go directly through the large terrace to the 800 sqm garden. In the basement is the laundry room with washing machine and the possibility to hang laundry.There is a 3rd toilet with shower possibility. Also another bedroom with adjoining small library. Im letzten Jahr wurden die Wasserleitungen in der Straße neu gelegt und es wurde viel gebohrt in der Tiefe. Dadurch haben viele Häuser in der Straße Risse bekommen. Auf Nachfrage von Fachpersonal wurde uns bestätigt, dass dies nichts mit der Stabilität des Hauses zu tun hat und man sich bzgl. der Risse keine Sorgen machen muss. Es ist ein altes Haus und hat schon immer Risse gehabt, welche sich jedoch im Zuge der Baustelle vervielfältigt haben. Deswegen ist eine Renovierung geplant sobald die Baustelle fertig ist, was wir in 12 Monaten spätestens angehen wollen. Deswegen ist unsere Mietdauer zurzeit auf max. 12 Monate festgelegt. Falls Sie das Haus mieten möchten sollte ihnen jedoch bewusst sein dass zurzeit Risse in den Hauswänden zu sehen sind. Angenehme , hübsche ruhige Nachbarschaft mit 3 Supermärkten Rewe , Aldi und Lidl sowie allen Basisgeschäften (Apotheke, Baumarkt, Restaurants....) In 15 Minuten ist man in der puren Natur von Lübars und Tegel mit Wald, Feldern und Seen und ebenso schnell in der Innenstadt. Zu dem romantischen Bezirk Tegel mit großartigen Shopping Möglichkeiten, dem großen Tegeler See mit Dampferanlegestelle und Tegeler Forst ist es nicht weit.Super Naherholungsgebiet!
