The house:
The apartment is located on the second floor of an old building above a mezzanine. The building has a beautiful facade.
The living room:
Plank floor, stucco on the ceiling, furniture: Biedermeier. South-facing windows and balcony door. Pleasant temperature in the summer months, while you sweat outside. Sitting on the balcony is almost like sitting in a tree house in a birch tree.
The bedroom:
The double bed is equipped with a very good mattress and is very comfortable. There are plenty of comforters, pillows, sheets and covers. North-facing window to the backyard with garden. If you sleep with the window open, you will be woken up in the morning by birdsong instead of excessive traffic noise. The room can be completely darkened.
The bathroom:
Functional, clean, white tiled. One wall is "papered" with old wooden floorboards. Of course, you can also shower in the bathtub. The washing machine is also in the bathroom.
The kitchen:
Floor made of floorboards. Painted white. Everything you need for cooking. Induction hobs, pots, crockery, tools. Plus an oval wooden dining table and two chairs. There is also a fridge with a separate freezer section, a vacuum cleaner and all kinds of cleaning stuff for cleaning in between, etc.
German: Ich vermiete meine möblierte Altbauwohnung in Berlin/Pankow an zuverlässige Menschen mit Sinn für alte Holzmöbel, die von ca. Mitte Juni bis Ende August vorübergehend eine Wohnung in Berlin benötigen.
Das Haus:
Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Altbaus über einem Hochparterre. Das Gebäude hat eine schöne Fassade.
Das Wohnzimmer:
Dielenboden, Stuck an der Decke, Mobiliar: Biedermeier. Fenster und Balkontür nach Süden. Im Sommermonaten angenehm temperiert, während man draußen schwitzt. Auf dem Balkon sitzt man fast wie in einem Baumhaus in einer Birke.
Das Schlafzimmer:
Das Doppelbett ist mit einer sehr guten Matratze ausgerüstet und sehr bequem. Es gibt genügend Bettdecken, Kissen, Laken und Bezüge. Fenster nach Norden in den Hinterhof mit Garten. Wer bei offenem Fenster schläft, wird morgens von Vogelgezwitscher geweckt statt von überbordendem Verkehrslärm. Der Raum lässt sich komplett abdunkeln.
Das Bad:
Funktional, sauber, weiß gekachelt. Eine Wand ist mit alten Holzdielen "tapeziert". In der Badewanne kann man natürlich auch duschen. Im Bad steht auch die Waschmaschine.
Die Küche:
Boden aus Dielen. Weiß gestrichen. Alles, da was man zum Kochen braucht. Induktionskochplatten, Töpfe, Geschirr, Werkzeug. Dazu ein ovaler Esstisch aus Holz und zwei Stühle. Außerdem gibt es: Kühlschrank mit seperatem Gefrierschranksegment, einen Staubsauger und allerlei Putzkram für das Saubermachen zwischendurch. etc.
Der Flur: Die Räume sind über einen kurzen Flur verbunden (keine Fotos vorhanden).
