The apartment is located directly at a subway line in the popular Mitte district, in an area characterized by beautiful Wilhelminian style houses and luxurious new buildings. The neighborhood is young and lively and has much to offer, both culturally and culinary.With the subway line U6 and the trams M5, M8 and M10 in front of the door the connection is very good.Berlin Central Station can be reached in less than 10 minutes.One block away is a "REWE supermarket" (Chausseestraße 118) and a "Bio Company" (Chausseestraße 19). In the direction of Nordbahnhof there is also a large "dm-drugstore" (Invalidenstraße 119).In "Karaca" a few doors down you get great coffee, breakfast and lunch.In the Invalidenstraße 35 there is the closest professional textile cleaning.The nearest park (below 5 mins) is the park at the North Station (with beach volleyball fields), a little further north the huge Humboldthain.An "Befine" gym with spa area is located directly opposite the Titanic Hotel.In the "Ballhaus" next to one can take both dance lessons (e. g. tango) as well as events and concerts.In addition to the Friedrichstraße ("Grill Royal", "Pantry", ...), the Torstrasse comes to life in the evening and is a very good starting point for small diners and bars.
