TranslateEnglish: You can rent this amazing two-room apartment near S-Bahnstation Wollankstraße from the end of March until the beginning of July. You get one bedroom with a large closet and two desks with chairs as possible workstations and a view to the green garden behind the house. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a large fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, water boiler, espresso machine and a table with up to four seats, also facing the green garden. Squirrels live in the garden and sometimes visit your kitchen window. The S-Bahn drives behind the garden but due to spring and summer time the trees are blocking both the view and the noise of the passing trains. The second room is the living room with a large couch and an James Eames Lounge Chair. Here you have access to a beamer facing one wall to watch a movie or play some game from our collection of PlayStation's (2-4) and matching games. Via the living room you can access the south-west facing balcony.
The small bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine.
In the hallway there is room for your shoes and some jackets.
One room is locked because we store our stuff in it. Imaging everything with less stuff in it, we will pack most of it away, when we are leaving the apartment for you.
German: Du kannst diese Zweiraum-Wohnung, die nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt vom S-Bahnhof Wollankstraße ist, von Ende März bis Anfang Juli mieten.
Sie hat ein großes Schlafzimmer, das gleichzeitig als Büro dient mit Doppelbett und Schrank, sowie zwei Schreibtischen und Stühlen. Aus den Fenstern blickt man in den grünen Garten hinterm Haus. Die Küche ist in die gleiche Richtung ausgerichtet und hat Platz für bis zu 4 Personen am Tisch. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Espressomaschine und Herd+Backofen (Gas). Die S-Bahn fährt hinter dem Garten vorbei, dank der Jahreszeit schirmen aber die Bäume sowohl den Lärm, als auch den Blick darauf ab. Dort wo die S-Bahn fährt verlief die damalige Grenze.
Vom Flur, der Platz für Schuhe und Jacken bietet, zweigen alle Räume ab: das schmale Badezimmer hat eine Wanne und eine Waschmaschine.
Im Wohnzimmer steht eine große Couch und ein von James Eames designter Lounge Sessel. Hier hängt auch ein Beamer, über den Filme geschaut und Spiele gespielt werden. Die Playstation-Sammlung (2-4) und die Spiele stehen zu deiner Verfügung.
Vom Wohnzimmer kommt man auf den nach Südwesten ausgerichteten Balkon.
Ein Raum bleibt verschlossen, da er uns als Abstellkammer für unsere Sachen dient. Stelle dir alle Bilder mit weniger Krimskrams vor, den werden wir größtenteils wegräumen, wenn wir dir die Wohnung überlassen ;)
