TranslateEnglish: We are renting out our beautiful, newly renovated old building apartment in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg for the summer. There is a spacious living room with a kitchen and large dining table, two bed rooms, one nursery and two bath rooms. The apartment is in the ground floor and there is a playground right in front of the building, which makes it a lively place with lots of young families in the neighbourhood. There are many different restaurants, bars and fantastic ice cream just around the corner. We also have various supermarkets in walking distance. Public transport is very close with the Ringbahn, U2 and 2 Trams (M1, M12) only a couple of minutes away by foot. Walking to the famous and lively Mauerpark will take you only 15 minutes.
German: Wir vermieten für den Sommer unsere wunderschöne, neu renovierte Altbauwohnung im Herzen von Prenzlauer Berg. Es gibt eine geräumige Wohnküche mit großem Tisch, zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Kinderzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und es gibt einen Spielplatz direkt vor dem Gebäude, was es zu einem lebendigen Ort mit vielen jungen Familien in der Nachbarschaft macht. Gleich um die Ecke warten verschiedene Restaurants, Bars und fantastische Eisdielen. Wir haben auch diverse Supermärkte in fußläufiger Entfernung. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind ganz in der Nähe: Ringbahn, U2 und 2 Straßenbahnen (M1, M12) sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Den Mauerpark erreichst du in 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
