Our property provides a super comfortable bed and a well-kitted-out kitchen allowing you to cook your meals, or you can visit the many pubs or eating establishments on your doorstep.The property is accessed via its private entrance and is standalone from the main house. Guests have their free parking spot or can use the easy and quick transport links into the city center of Cambridge or the nearby Science Park. Bike spaces are also available to use.SLEEPING:Main Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed and Ensuite with walk-in showerBuilt-in wardrobe with hanging space, shelves, and chest of drawers.We provide hotel-quality linen, bath, and hand towels for each guest, and travel-size toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap.CHILLING:Comfortable open plan living/dining area with a flat-screen 32-inch Smart TV to select your favorite Streaming App or Local TV channel. Superfast Wifi for work or study, and your own private patio area.EATING:Prepare delicious meals in a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, and cooking equipment. There is also a washing machine available for personal use.PARKING:A dedicated free parking space belonging to the property in the driveway is available for guests to use.LOCATION:Situated on Chesterton Road and a one-minute stroll to the River Cam for riverside walking, a jog, or swimming at one of Europe’s largest outdoor swimming pools. It is also a short walk to Cambridge’s main sights, such as the colleges and museums. Numerous restaurants, pubs, and cafes are on your doorstep, and a Co-Op supermarket is less than a minute's walk for necessities.My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.There is also remote self-check-in to give you flexibility if you arrive late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.Guest accessGuests have full, exclusive, and private use of our entire cabin and will not be disturbed during their stay.The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self-check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required.We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay.Other things to note- We do not allow parties, events, or gatherings of any kind and have sensitive neighbors- Smoking in the property is not allowed.- Extra guests are not allowed.- Superfast Wifi up to 100 Mb- Pets are not allowed- Travel Cot and High chair are available for hire at a cost of £50, or £30 on their own. Please request during your booking so we can deliver to the property prior to your stay.- Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave them at the entrance.- We provide single-use toiletries to last a couple of days. We also provide a washing-up pack, washing machine pods, 1 x toilet roll, and a kitchen roll. A £50 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will disrupt my cleaner’s schedule.- Please respect the neighbors and keep the noise down, especially after 11 pm.- Please remove shoes inside the apartment and leave them in the entrance hall.- Travel Cot and High chair are available to hire for £50, or £30 each on their own. Please request during your booking for delivery to the property before your stay.- Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, and £50 if you lock yourself out. Please be careful with them.- We provide single-use toiletries to last a couple of days. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher and washing tablets, 1 x toilet roll, and kitchen roll. If more is needed there is a nearby supermarket less than a minute away.- This is part of our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided.
