The main living room TV has smart features so you can catch up on all your shows and is adorned with three sofas so everyone can sit together and enjoy nice quality time.On street parking is free and plentiful.The AreaThe house really is in a fabulous area - a quiet residential street but close by to the many bars, restaurants and cafes of the bustling Antrim Road and just 7 minutes drive/10 minutes bus to the city centre. North Belfast is also a great starting point if you are looking to take on the wider sights of Northern Ireland (e.g. Giants Causeway) as it is close by to the main roads to take you there without the city centre traffic.Just a few minutes walk away you will find the famous Ben Madigan's pub - perfect for grabbing a pint, pub grub or watch the big matches.CleaningTo put your mind at ease, our house is professionally cleaned and laundered by one of the top rated cleaning companies in BelfastConvenienceFor your convenience, we provide self check in using the lockbox so don't worry if you get held up!FlexibilityOh and finally, check in is from 3pm but if you need to check in earlier please ask and we will allow if possible. Checkout is 11am and unfortunately we can't cater for late checkouts.Guest accessGuests have access to the whole property.Other things to notePlease note that parties are not allowed and there should be no extra guests at any time without prior approval from us. Any violation of these rules will result in an immediate cancellation of your booking without refund. This is a quiet residential area where people have young kids, jobs to get up for etc so please respect our neighbours as if they were your own.Additional rulesCheck-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. A charge will be applied for unauthorised late checkout or early check in.Smoking is strictly forbidden. A fine of £200 will be charged when discovered.No extra guests are allowed in the property at any time without prior permission and no parties/loud music allowed. We are very conscious of being in a residential area and any violation of either rule will result in immediate cancellation of stay without refund.Please be careful not to leave anything behind when you checkout!
