Cozy Apartment in Vallecas: Your New Home in a Charming Neighborhood (Available From: 22.12.2024) Discover your perfect retreat for a temporary stay in our charming studio, designed to offer you maximum comfort and functionality. - The studio has a separate bedroom, providing a private and cozy space to rest. It is furnished with a comfortable bed, a spacious wardrobe. The living room is a versatile and bright space, equipped with a high-quality sofa. The kitchen, fully integrated into the living room, is equipped with everything you need to prepare your daily meals. It includes a ceramic hob, microwave, sink and sufficient storage space. - The bathroom is bright and modern, equipped with a shower tray that offers a refreshing experience. Free check-in between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Between 8:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., please coordinate with us, as there is an extra cost that, depending on the time, can be up to 150 EUR per reservation. The total cost of electricity, water and gas will be included in the rental price up to a maximum of 50€/month for each bill. If the amount of any bill in a month exceeds this amount, the guest/tenant will have to pay the difference. For example, if the amount of the electricity bill in a month is 60 euros, the tenant will have to pay 10 euros when making the claim. All guests who come with pets will be charged a 2-month deposit, which will be returned to them after their stay in the apartment, if there is no damage to the property.Notice: Displayed prices and data are not final, and should be used for informative purpose only.
