It has a beautiful bathroom to refresh yourself when you wake up in the morning with a fantastic shower. - Free check-in between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Between 8:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. please coordinate with us, as it has an extra cost that depending on the time can be up to 150 EUR per reservation. A free monthly cleaning is included in the total rental price. The total cost of electricity, water and gas will be included in the rental price up to a maximum of 50 EUR/month per bill. If the amount of any bill in a month exceeds this amount, the guest/tenant must pay the difference. For example, if the amount of the electricity bill in a month is 60 EUR, the tenant must pay 10 EUR at the time of the claim.
