The loft is accessible through its own front door which leads into a small hallway with wardrobe, from which a stairway will lead you up to the floor above where you will step immediately into the living room with open kitchen/diner area (ca. 63m²). From the living area the 5 meter high ceiling beams are visible. A vide, where you’ll find the bedroom, is created above the living area. The open plan kitchen is equipped with modern built in appliances such as a dishwasher, refrigerator-/freezer combination, 4-burner ceramic hob and combination oven/microwave. Lastly a large skylight allows in additional natural lighting.
A hallway gives access to a separate toilet as well as the bathroom equipped with walk-in rainshower (ceiling height 3.2 m), sink with cabinet and mirrored storage cabinets. Back in the hallway a sliding door gives access to the utility/laundry room where a washing machine and condensation dryer are set up, as well as the heating installation and ventilation system.
