The house has energy label C. However, the landlord prefers candidates who earn a net annual income of 48 x the basic monthly rent. You can also propose that your parent act as guarantor. Then the income situation or assets of this parent are examined. Exceptions to this may be possible. Therefore, please consult the protocol that applies when allocating this property. You can request this from the landlord. This contains the criteria for allocation. The rental price is excl. VAT. Service costs (advance payment approx. € 180 per month). The service costs are mainly for gas, water and electricity and are paid as an advance. Smoking and pets are strictly not allowed, as well as playing musical instruments. Please note: Answering the above questions may result in a total score of points. In that case, if you score high, you have a better chance of getting the rental property! If your information is incomplete, the owner reserves the right not to respond to your message (and in that case you will be excluded). The (minimum) deposit amounts to an amount equal to twice the monthly basic rent (with the amounts mentioned above, this amounts to a deposit of approx. 1,562) plus an amount of E 800 for items to be loaned.
