I am looking for someone who is working, or still studying and working on the side. I like coziness, but the apartment is not meant to be a student house. I am therefore looking for a tenant who is responsible with the apartment. I have a dog named Fritzie. It is therefore important that the tenant is a dog lover who does not mind taking care of it from time to time. It really is the sweetest dog you will ever meet, although of course every dog owner says that. I also think it would be nice to eat together every now and then. There is also a small basement room where there is room for a bicycle so that it is always safe! The rent includes gas, water, electricity and wifi.
