We can have a cleaning lady come by 1x every two weeks for the shared spaces, but that is to discuss what you prefer. The house is next to the north/south line Vijzelstraat so that is also handy. My old roommate is moving to Vienna because she has arranged a nice job there so that's why I'm looking for someone who would like to live here with me so see >> and look for yordek to get an idea of me. Man or woman, dutchie or expat doesn't matter to me, I have lived with everything in the past as roommates. The bed and sofa in the bedroom can be taken over for a reasonable price. Mattress is 4 months old and frame 1.5 years. In addition, a small attic in the room for storing things that you don't use often (is your own).
