TranslateNormally i rent my rooms for temporary stays. For periode till April possible to rend long term. Only reliable, quiet, respectful, careful renters who have a daily work or study. Rent is till march. To rend after march is possible but rend will be higher (x2)I live in the house together with my daughter. Possible to rent a bike. Houserules among other things are; no other guests/friends, no smoking, shoes off in the house, quiet time after 2230. Cooking is possible but owner uses kitchen too.
