All utility bills are included in the monthly rent (electricity, gas, unlimited wifi internet, water, waste disposal tax, flat bill), but we will set a maximum cap (usually €200-250/month) in the contract to prevent energy waste and excessive consumption. With normal usage, you won't incur additional costs. Administration Fee Box: The one-time administration costs enable us to provide a range of essential services during your stay.
