Please note that check-in is possible between 15:00 and 24:00. For other periods, a special arrangement must be agreed in advance. A late check-in fee of EUR 20 will apply for arrivals after 22:00.
The apartment is cleaned every 2 weeks. This will incur an extra cost of EUR 36 (EUR 12 per hour) per cleaning. The tenant pays this directly to the cleaning lady.
