Bird watchers will delight in spotting the many feathered friends that frequent the reserve and active groups can take advantage of the river and all it has to offer. The space Bright and airy, this property has been freshly painted throughout. The rooms have all been dressed with bright soft furnishings and jaunty nautical accessories, providing a welcoming, homely feeling. The entrance of the house has a porch, ideal for leaving your sandy shoes and jackets, this then opens to a hallway with stairs to the first floor. There is a wc under the stairs. At the front is the bright and airy lounge with an arch to the dining room. The kitchen is at the rear with a door out to the conservatory. Upstairs are the 4 bedrooms and family bathroom. We provide linen for all the beds and towels for each guest. You will be welcomed with a travel-sized toiletry set per guest, as well as a loo roll in each bathroom. The home has basics such as tea, coffee and sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper. Guest access You will have the whole home to yourself to enjoy, as well as the garden.
