Dear girls looking for a room, We are looking for a new subtenant who will complete our cozy house. It is a beautiful room with large floor-to-ceiling windows and a large closet. Our house consists of three bedrooms, a very spacious bathroom with a bath. The living room/kitchen is our favorite part of the house, and we can often be found here. We always provide fresh flowers and candles every week that are always burning. The house is conveniently located near an Appie, with several coffee shops in the area. It is also only a short bike ride from the city center and there is a gym less than a 5-minute walk away. We as roommates are very relaxed. We can often be found on a terrace and certainly take this by a night out in the city! But we also like to be at home, cook together and then binge series on the couch all evenings!
